You have 90 days after delivery to request a return. Keep the original packaging and proof of purchase.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us so we can help.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 10 business days after inspection. Unpaid order requests have no payment to refund and can be cancelled by contacting support.

Any statutory consumer rights that apply remain unaffected.
